On a voyage from Bremerhaven for Newport, Monmouthshire in ballast & with a crew of 18 she was totally wrecked in 50.53.45N/04.34W near Sharpnose Point on the north coast of Cornwall during a dense fog & a heavy swell on 21 March 1886. No lives were lost.
