Fate

The Greek steamship Driskos was sunk by gunfire from the German submarine UC-71 (Reinhold Saltzwedel), off Saint-Nazaire, on June 29th, 1917. The ship was sailing in convoy on a voyage from Bone, Algeria, to the Tees with a cargo of iron ore. One crewman was lost.
