Derelict coal stages (1)

What we know about this image :

A photograph of Victoria Dock. This was originally a timber discharging quay, later a waiting, or lay by, quay. Four old navigation buoys can be seen lying between the crane and arches, with the Carnegie Building in the background. The Carnegie Building formerly held the local Library and Maritime Museum.
