Fashion conscious ladies attending a possible Fashion show as an all female audience is seated around floral carpeted catwalk.This could have been held in one of the large department stores possibly Robinsons or Binns.Binns did hold fashion shows and it could possibly be the top floor cafe as chairs have been cleared away in the background.
