Fate

The British steamship Kilwinning was sunk by the Austrian submarine U-14 (Georg Ritter von Trapp), 94 miles off Malta, on August 24th, 1917. The ship was on a voyage from Barry to Port Said with coal and general cargo. No lives were lost. Master W. Laing.
