Fate
The British steamship Nirpura was torpedoed and sunk by the German submarine U-155 (Erich Eckelmann), off Lisbon, on April 16th, 1918. The ship was on a voyage from Bomaby to London with a cargo of peas and lentils. Master R.A. Milne.
