What we know about this image :
Phil Dixon in the garden of a lady he knew as "Nana Molloy", although she wasn't really his Nana. Phil spent quite a bit of his childhood in Old Town, as his parents had the Volunteers Pub in Church Street. This photograph was taken some 60 years ago in Pilot Street.
Brian Atkinson lived in one of the houses opposite.
