Interesting view of Victoria Road Christmas 1976 taken from a rather confusing angle. The Grange Hotel is on the right , then there is a back street and then an opticiab and a further shop before York Road.
In the distance is St Paul's Church, the large spire is visible and also two of the smaller spires.
Many will remember the 'candle' decorations which were part of Christmas in Hartlepool for many years.
